Several researchers (program following the link more information), that are the European and French experts in the field of de novo and artificial protein design, participated as invited speakers in the specialized Symposium organized in Marseille by Dr Ivancich and Prof. Pecoraro. Funding from the CNRS International Research Program (IRP-USA, 2022-2027), allocated to Dr Ivancich, with Prof. Pecoraro as international partner, allowed to organize this Symposium. The relatively small number of participants ensured very active exchanges and scientific discussions, as well as stablishing new collaborations and consolidating already existing ones. PhD students, postdocs or junior researchers from the different European and French labs also participated and delivered oral presentations. The working visit of Professor Pecoraro to the BIP lab (17 March to 17 April 2022) was funded by the FIR program (“Fonds d’intervention Recherche; enseignants-chercheurs invites”) from Aix-Marseille University.
