Activités de recherche :

Elles s’articulent autour de 2 axes :
– l’étude d’enzymes rédox membranaires et leur rôle dans le métabolisme énergétique global des bactéries (métabolisme H2, Soufre , O2 chez la bactérie environnementale Aquifex aeolicus) pour comprendre les stratégies énergétiques mises en place en réponse aux changements environnementaux (comme la concentration en O2 ou la nature de la source d’énergie).
– l’étude des interactions physiologiques et métaboliques des bactéries au sein d’un consortium (ex : Desulfovibrio vulgaris et Clostridium acetobutylicum)

Pour mener à bien ces projets, j’utilise une approche pluridisciplinaire et je m’emploie au développement de protocoles de purification (protéines solubles et membranaires), de techniques de mesures des métabolites et des outils qui leur sont associés (AkTA et HPLC).
