Structural biologist specialized in 3D protein structure interpretation and structural bioinformatics. Mainly working on Lipases/Galactolipases/Phospholipases and Glycosyl-hydrolases involved in Biomass conversion and digestion. Interested in microalgal Biomass generation and its applications.
In charge of the organization of the 3rd year of the Department of biological engineering at Polytech Marseille for more than 10 years and project leader of pedagogy and innovation at Polytech Marseille since 2017.
