Biochimiste, spécialiste dans l’étude des protéines chaperons et des métalloprotéines, mon projet actuel consiste à décrypter le rôle des protéines chaperons lors d’un stress cuivre. Pour répondre à cette problématique, des approches multidisciplinaires allant de l’échelle moléculaire à cellulaire sur différents systèmes bactériens (E. coli, S. oneidensis, A. ferrooxidans) sont utilisées dans notre laboratoire et en collaboration.
Biochemist, specialized in the study of molecular chaperones and metalloproteins, my current project consists in deciphering the role played by molecular chaperones during copper stress. To address this issue, we are using different multidisciplinary approaches ranging from the molecular to cellular scales on different bacteria systems (E. coli, S. oneidensis, A. ferrooxidans).
